My clinical experience includes working in community mental health, providing crisis intervention for children and adolescents, and supporting adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, severe and persistent mental illness, substance use, and complex interpersonal challenges.
I have had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds and life circumstances, including individuals navigating serious mental illness, addiction, homelessness, involvement with the criminal justice system, and experiences of profound loss and trauma. These experiences have reinforced something I believe deeply:
People are not defined by a diagnosis or the most difficult chapter of their lives. That is just one part of their story.
Working with such a diverse range of people has strengthened my belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Each person’s story is unique, and therapy should honor that individuality.
