Working Together
How I can help
Every person's story is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. My role is to create a space where you can feel genuinely understood and explore the experiences that have shaped you. Together, we'll work toward greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.
Individual Therapy
Every person possesses incredible resilience, even when they can no longer see it themselves. Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about helping you reconnect with the strengths that have carried you this far while discovering new ways to move forward.
You shouldn't have to wonder if it's safe to be yourself in therapy.
LGBTQIA+ Individual Therapy
Everyone deserves a space where they can show up fully as themselves without wondering whether they'll be misunderstood, judged, or asked to explain who they are. Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating relationships, healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or simply working toward a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy offers a place where all parts of you are welcome.
Many LGBTQIA+ people spend years learning to hide, minimize, or question parts of themselves in order to feel safe or accepted. My hope is to create a space where you no longer have to do that.
Counseling for Anxiety
Anxiety isn't a character flaw or a sign that something is wrong with you. It's often your mind and body working hard to protect you from what might happen next. When your attention becomes consumed by the future, it can be difficult to feel present, connected, or at peace.
Counseling for Depression
Depression can make it feel as though the weight of the past is always with you. Losses, disappointments, trauma, and chronic stress can leave us disconnected from ourselves and from the things that once brought meaning. Therapy can help you understand what your depression is trying to tell you—not simply make it disappear.
Counseling for Trauma
Trauma isn't defined only by what happened to you. It's also about what happened inside of you as you learned to survive. When your nervous system has spent years protecting you, emotions can feel overwhelming, relationships can become complicated, and everyday life can feel exhausting. Healing begins with understanding those protective patterns with compassion rather than judgment.
