Healing does not only happen during therapy sessions. Sometimes a book, worksheet, app, reflection prompt, or simple explanation can help something finally click.

In addition to books and apps, this page includes resources that may support self-understanding, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, parts work, relationships, grief, identity, and personal growth. Some resources are created by others, and some are tools I have created for clients and community use.

These resources are not a replacement for therapy, but they can support the work we do together and offer helpful places to begin.

Books and Audiobooks

Books can offer language for experiences that may have been difficult to name. In this section, I share books that may support understanding around topics such as trauma, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, ADHD, neurodivergence, grief, relationships, boundaries, self-compassion, and emotional regulation.

Each recommendation includes a brief note about why it may be helpful, so you can decide what feels relevant to your own needs.
